Today we went to get breakfast buns at a place down the street. Then we took the metro to two parks. At the first park we walked around looking at the garden, ponds, and sculptures, and at the second park we played on the equipment. Afterward we took buses through the town seeing lots of Buddhist temples covered with lanterns, Chinese calligraphy, and sculptures of dragons. On our walks through the temples Sadie and Mom ate lunch at a place with rice noodles and I ate steamed dumplings. For a snack Sadie and I ate Taiwanese style donuts. Next we took the metro home, watched a TV show, and went to our diner reservation at a hot pot place where you cooked your own food in a large bowl of broth. Finally we went to bed and fell asleep.
