This morning we went to a big park that had the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall complex in it. It had a huge white gate that had pretty carvings on it. There was also the National Theater and the National Concert Hall. They weren’t open but the theater had a bunch of really big and pretty chandeliers. We saw the changing of the guards at the CKS Memorial. They did a routine and threw their guns in the air then caught them. It was very entertaining. Then we walked to a koi pond that had a big bridge. Then we went to a beautiful botanical garden. We walked around it for a while then went to lunch at an Italian place. I got pesto pasta and a few fried popcorn chicken nugget things. Then we went back to the botanical garden and then we went home. We went to a Hawaiian place for dinner then we went home for the night.
