Today we took an about 2-and-a-half-hour long car ride from our house to the cabin. The car ride was long but it was very pretty because we took a scenic road. We stopped at a ranger station to get information and I got to borrow some guy’s fishing pole and I fished for a while. On the scenic road, there were some small snow patches near the road which my sister and I got to climb up and play on. It was kind of weird to me because it was summer but there was still snow melting. My sister and I had to climb a long way up the mountain on rocks and slippery plants to get up to one of the snow patches. Then we got to our cabin at Furuly Camping but it had a ton of mosquitos inside the cabin so we killed them all. It was gross. The campground has a trampoline and a playground so it’s pretty nice! And that’s pretty much all.
